good choice, right?
..right? came with free ram, 8 GB g.skill and is on way. apparently the mobo i've got is letting go on me and i have a low chance of successfully loading onto windows with it.. tested different ram and cpu, did same thing, tried updating bios and failed, cleared cmos set everything to default and no luck. only downside on that board is no pci-e 3.0 but I doubt it'd make much difference from 2.0

one more thing:

try this:

or if you're skeptical about the program, use the tray cleaner in CCleaner.

My computer is an EMachines Desktop Computer with 140 GB of storage. Is this normal?

Yes, normally awful.

Quick question, HD 7770 or GTX 560?
If I were you, I'd blindly go with the Nvidia because I've had several problems with AMD cards in the past. Plus, dat physx.

And plus
It's the way it's meant to be played

Come on guys, I want technical reasons to choose one over the other, not "Uh, this one time I had a ATI card and it didn't work properly, go with the Nvidia", I'm perfectly fine with ATI cards and have never had any issues with them, I'm looking for which one is better in terms of performance

Core clock of 1150mhz, 1250mhz memory clock, 640 Stream Processors, 1gb GDDR5

560's specs aren't really worth posting because they're worse and it costs more.
Go with the 7770 I guess. That took like 5 minutes to do on my own.

But the 560 has extremely impressive capabilities which have allowed it to remain a competitive card to this day despite the fact that many cards Annoying Orange it in numbers.
Mere specs and numbers won't really cut it, I wouldn't be asking if they would, I want to make sure that I'm not going to end up being disappointed with my choice later on later on

You're probably thinking of one of the 560's more expensive versions, which are up to and more than $200. Some types of the 560 do have a very large memory clock at a lowish price, but still have half the cores and are around 80% slower in terms of a core clock. The only thing I can see the 560 excelling at is maybe having a lower heat level, the AMD card I showed has a higher clock than normal so I wouldn't be suprised if it ran hotter.
I'm not an nvidia expert, I haven't owned one, but the 7770 is normally cheaper and faster than the 560 in numbers.

don't forget the driver/developer comparison.

in plenty of games the 560 ti could Annoying Orange big time.

but in plenty of other games the 7750 could win it all.

saints row the third runs better on an amd card then a nvidia.
minecraft is a stalemate due to how stufftily optimized it is.
nvidia wins by far in blockland.
and nvidia doesn't run you the risk of having the driver updates crash you on startup, but they also come out a lot slower then amd but its worth it in the end.
so yeah, numbers aren't everything, developers/drivers have a place in this too.

my 9800gt can run blockland shaders on max 1080p better then my amd radeon 6750.
the 6750 just gives up and lags like a bitch where the 9800gt lags quite a bit but not completely unplayable.

I'm pretty sure AMD doesn't optimize for OpenGL at all, although my integrated amd card can run it fairly well for an integrated card. My 6750m doesn't do opengl for whatever reason.

I don't think the 7750 would ever beat the 560, the 560 is comparable to a 6950.  A 560 will most likely be better at everything than a 7750
