Author Topic: Tornado warning in my town  (Read 2562 times)

There's a supercell that's capable of creating a tornado in the county down south. I'm at least 20 miles from the county line, but the supercell is moving at about 30 MPH towards the NE, which is around my area. If that stuff is gonna form, it better form now and keep me out of it, because I don't want any part of that.

We don't have basements, this is Florida. I'm stuff my pants scared, and I don't want my house to become a pile of rubble. Better yet, I DON'T WANT TO loving DIE.

what do, forums? :C

UPDATE: As of 9:56 PM, there is a storm heading NE at 35 MPH towards my area. The winds are currently at 60 MPH. I will be providing updates for as long as I can. stuff is going to go down.

Go out and destroy the supercell.

Get off the loving computer and prepare for the worse.

Ask a forum about legos.

If you tell the tornado to go away, if it's a polite tornado, it will respect your feelings and go backwards.

Ask a forum about legos.
Welcome to off-topic, punch is to the left, and the exit is straight down the hall.

Is it hailing?
Also, post pics of the cloud.

Where is the bathroom? Is Trogtor hiding there?

The bathrooms are clearly marked.

Get off the loving computer and prepare for the worse.

As far as I know, there's a visible rotation towards the southern part of the storm, down by Fortymile Bend and Krome Ave. I mean, the warning area ends RIGHT on the county line. I'm waiting for more info on if they're going to extend the warning, which ends at 9:45 my time, which is still a good 15 minutes away. I just hope they don't extend the warning area, because I'd stuff my pants and cry. I've never been in a tornado before.

There has been worse though.

No hail.

I can't see the cloud, which is probably a good thing. It's way down south, at least 50 miles.

Also, a notification just came up at 9:32. Tornado spotted 10 miles southeast of a major road down south leading into Everglades National Park. 60 MPH winds, not too strong. There have been worse Tropical Storms.

I'll keep posting. If I suddenly stop posting, probably means something happened and I went batstuff crazy and went to hide.

I've never been in a tornado before.
I have, twice....Not fun :c

I can probably guess.

I just hope it stays under 80 MPH, so that way I don't have to go hide. I mean, I've been in 7 hurricanes, one with 117 MPH winds. I've slept through those, so I hope I can just sit through one of these if one comes my way.

It's Florida, and you don't have basements?
Aren't you guys like constantly being bombarded with tornadoes?
