Steam stop doing this.

Ive been waiting for steam to loving stop disconnecting from the community. It crashes the TF2 matches I manage to join in between each crash, and I have things I need to tell people whose phone numbers I do not have. What is wrong with Steam/My Computer.

I've got a problem that I know pretty much everybody else would agree on, steam, fix your loving screenshot manager, you cannot shut the damn thing off, I have to delete 20 or more screenshots because the damn manager takes a picture everytime I hit escape in blockland if I have it set to "none", YES I HAVE TRYED DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT

steam community goes down whenever valve feels like tweaking something, i usually disconnect once a day. restart your pc, it might just be that your wireless or network settings are forgeted up.

It only pops up when you quit a game you took a screenshot during. Never bothers me.

Also it doesn't work offline, so last weekend was bad for me because I had no internet.

I have mine set to F12 for whatever reason, and everytime I reset FRAPS, it takes a screenshot.
