Does RTB update automatically? I didn't go on after v4 was released, I just installed it manually.

Yes it does update automatically, a message pops up when you start up Blockland that says if you want to update

Is there a possible way I can change the RTB overlay from Shift > tab to something entirely else?

I sometimes get annoyed because I want to crouch and switch to third person at the same time but I can't.

Don't whatever you do look in the OPTIONS panel for an option like that. That'd be stupid.
