Seriously, he's not immune to bans, he's just not stupid. To all of you who hound him constantly trying to report him for bullstuff reasons just because of this stupid rumor, forget off. I'm sure he has enough problems as it is.

Because it's hard to tell if he's immune to bans or not if he hasn't done anything to get banned in the first place.

He left his website on his profile for a short time. Of course, it had nudes, so I was guessing Badspot told him to take it off. Although, that's just my guess.

I've always gone with the assumption that Badspot just likes him.
Also the worst he's done is probably posting that picture in his signature, which nobody really made a big deal over.

On the subject, it's not hard to follow the rules since they're just common sense.
