When people say "Drug Free" that means that they are free of harmful substances and/or illegal substances, Weed for example, is an illegal drug. When people say they are "drug free", they don't mean they have never taken cough syrup!

actually. things that are natural cannot be sold as a drug, and cannot go through the FDA.
technically, weed is far healthier then nearly ALL pills of any kind. including basic aspirin, or vitamins.
