RTB4's ingame mod manager wont work?

So I recently got RTB v4, but I tried to view the interactive bricks and every other category in the browse section. Clicking a category did nothing, and I have no idea what to do. Certain buttons work in the mod manager, others don't. Is there any solution to this problem?

Just found out a solution. Delete cityRP, because it breaks RTBv4.
