That I can kinda agree with, but since they freeze your gum so theres no pain there is somehow pain probably on the unfrozen parts.

It's a molar so hopefully i wont be getting that water from the drill gouging my cheeks and gums out.

Surprisingly I've never even had a cavity. I had to get four impacted wisdom teeth taken out though. It honestly did not hurt at all.

I once got 9 teeth removed in 1 trip to the dentist, he did not put me to sleep. He just numbed me (not all that well) and then took them out.
