Author Topic: My mouse buttons use keyboard keys  (Read 1180 times)

So, since google isn't helping at all and only finds the opposite of what I acutally want to do;

I have one of this cool mouses that have a few thousand buttons on each side.
Now when I play a game (World of Warcraft) I'd like to use these buttons so I can be even more lazy but when I try to bind one of those buttons it recognizes it as a keyboard key (e.g "E"). That wouldn't be such a big problem if I wouldn't actually need that button already.
Is there anything I can to do so that the mouse uses his own source of buttons instead of stealing those of my keyboard?

please tell me that's sarcasm

Look up drivers or software from the mouse manufacturer.  90% of the time its one of those crazy "thousand-buttons-on-the-side" mice, the manufacturer puts out drivers that lets you customize them.

No there is literally 1000 buttons on each side

think of 200 grit sand paper

just like that.

please tell me that's sarcasm
