Need help finding a good song about a mental disorder.

Hey, I got this project for my health class, where you need to pick such a song and write about it and what it signifies.
Obviously I have a good selection of songs including some that could work, but as you know most of my music is German, even though I can use it still, I don't feel like it.

I enjoyed the movie because it was so bad. I feel the soundtrack (mainly cover songs) wasn't that strong and the original song has a better feel to it
