I thought most states paid for students to take tests like that to a certain extent. :o

History stuff is my least favorite subject so I'm kinda glad i didn't take the AP course. I do enjoy AP English though.

Ontopic: I do think that crushing people with homework is an effective way to get people to memorize but a horrible way to get anyone to want to learn.

Hey do you want to learn how to do something awesome? Too bad, study this.

Yeah, AP isn't particularly tough, but what I said the problem is, is how inefficient and time-wasting it is. It takes loving forever.

Do you not agree it's a waste of time to have to read a 10 page packet, then only need to know a paragraph of all the information you just read?

You know how some kids get reduced price for lunch if there family income is low, apparently the same goes for the AP test. Nothing like being middle class.

I had to do this stuff in 7th grade :o

Interesting. Our state (or county... or school... someone) pays for our tests.

I don't do too much bookwork. Alot of what my class does is have the teacher present a powerpoint that we copy down into our notebooks.

I was in AP in 6th Grade, but I never turned a damn thing in, so now I'm in "Honors" (Fancy words for Average). But I still score AP on every Standardized test I take and read on a 12th Grade reading level.

APUSH (My way of saying it) is really hard, if you concentrate on the class, you could do good. Slack off, you're screwed.
I never really got enough sleep in the mornings.
So that made my APUSH teacher actually make me do jumping jacks when I started getting all woozy in her class.

Other than that, I took it last year. Horrible.

AP classes are time-consuming, not hard.
Alg 1 is difficult when you slept through a lot of Pre-alg though ;~;

some of the classes you have to pay for and go to on weekends are stupid. history just doesn't seem like a very important subject to me.

lol I've had a 12th grade reading level since like 2nd grade.
I was in Pre AP 6-8 and now I'm in AP.

I'm in AP World History.  It's not exactly hard.

I don't understand where's the difficulty in that.  That looks like regular homework for even the non-honors/AP courses.

Lies. BTW, What level is the Federalist Papers at? That's what I'm currently reading on my spare time.
