Reasonable, this helped me a tad bit, I didn't know ping was the miliseconds it took to connect, I thought it was just a rate of how laggy/ bad connection your server was, someone told me high ping is bad and low is good, that's it.

It's not milliseconds it takes to connect, it's milliseconds it takes to receive a reply on a message of a trivial size.
