I watched it.
I don't see the problem.
People have been eating animal giblets and miscellaneous parts like eyes and hearts for years.
They wash it in ammonia so we don't die from eating it, then flavour and colour it artificially, what's the problem with this?

It's best not to watch things like this, otherwise you won't be able to enjoy chicken nuggets.

I don't really see what's that gross about it. Half of the other stuff we eat probably isn't made much better, and you can't really say "ew tendons" or "ew eyeballs" when we eat other parts of it. I don't see much of a problem.
