It keeps spamming this in my console, and this is why I'm never on RTB.

That's not RTB. It's Script_Notify, which is useless now anyway since RTB no longer uses IRC. Delete Script_Notify.zip from your addons folder.

I told Ephi to get that removed or Crap-Oned when RTB4 launched, but I guess he forgot. It's trying to look for the old IRC menus in RTB and failing. It isn't RTB's fault, you have to remove that now that it will never work again.
