why do my youtube videos keep doing this

See how the actual video is smaller than the player? I have no idea why it does that.
I use WMM to string together the Fraps clips and export it as "recommended for this project" or "for HD display" and it almost always ends up shrinking the video unnecessarily. What do I do to fix that?

I don't use wmm but I'm guessing like
File>project settings or something? Try to find like general project settings
