I had to do mine partially by myself but you can have someone do it for you for a good amount of money. Trust me, it's better to have it done by someone else rather than doing what I did with a nail file in the bathroom. Only Con I have with this is when you bite yourself by accident. I had mine done at a Tattoo parlor

you're lucky because you have enough enamel for that. I eat unhealthily so I have a really extreme lack of enamel. If I did that it would hurt so loving bad and I'd probably expose my nerves.
