parts of water missing?

Every time I try to spawn water on my map, It makes this blank squares on only one part of my map, even if I try to move the water around, It only does it on that one particular spot. Halp D:

Did you change the square size of the terrain? That will screw your water, and there's no way to fix it (except to not change the square size, or to not use water).

Edit the water block size.  I did it before, I just forget how I did it...
