This is a short film, I didn't watch it with sound so idk what exactly it's about, but this is what i could figure out (it's transparent so people like Hiiro can choose to read it if they WANT to):

Girl and her husband/boyfriend sleeping in bed, then weird things start to happen and there's imagery of the boyfriend/husband all over, so we know what he looks like. The girl figures out something is weird, so she goes to pull the covers off her husband/boyfriend (the covers are covering him all up, above the head). It turns out it's not her boyfriend/husband in the bed with her.
