My Cross Country Team won CT Championships!

idk, today we went to Wickham Park in CT and we won the Class LL Championship (State Championship).

Our Varsity team creamed our two rivals Danbury and Xavier. I was just one of our alternates in case one of our team members went down.

Here is our top runner Connor Rog. Finished in 1st at 15:50 at a 5:07 mile pace.

Here is my friend Christian Alverado. He is only a Sophomore but finished in 5th place at 16:24 at a 5:18 mile pace :0


All of our races are 5K which for us American folk is about 3.2 miles.
