Not necessarily, but I think the smallest 1080p monitor you can get is like 22 inches.

I had to use it recently to rip off a bunch of images and accounting files.

I still use my mom's to capture gameplay from the game systems down stairs. It's not too slow, but I reformatted it before I used it for anything.

I think the smallest 1080p you can get is 19".
It should fit TBH.

1024x768 isn't a funky resolution. It's quite standard for CRTs.
I'm fairly certain it was the standard about two/three years ago.

I think you could fit a 15" Monitor there.

My mom had the Dimension 8400 until she got a new computer because the Dimension was way too slow for her.
