Putting "Administrator", in trans, over your normal avatar. I noticed it from one of Aplem's posts.

ANYWAY

Here's the template.

Simply stick your normal avatar under that with Photoshop or paint.net, or whatever you use.
I didn't see any topic about this, so forgive me if I posted a topic while there was another one.
