Its mainly for all the people that have always wanted to add onto the bedroom itself, and if they take the time, can use these models and possibly add more rooms to it or something along the lines of that

I was gonna try it, but blenders UV map process sucks for this kind of thing, so I gave up

if you guys have any other file type requests (as long as they are in blender 2.5) I'll be happy to add them

Torque 3D has a button in it to convert it :|
I never thought someone would brag about how they converted the bedroom though, and the bedroom doesn't even work properly with T3D

How am I bragging? I noticed a lot of people want to make additions to the bedroom, so i released this for anyone who is willing to take the time to get it working ingame :/
