You're not comparing it to the time the update was submitted.

When I update an add-on I submit the update to RTB. The update is in effect for all downloads after that point, but a skull and crossbones warns people it hasn't been checked yet. The mods review it and when everything is ok they give it the OK, the skull and crossbones go away, and everybody who has the add-on gets the update notification, and the topic gets bumped.

ah, ok i see, if then, i posted before i knew about the update, nor did i know it was submitted but not approved, you may not believe me, its only a post, but i said "i believe" not because i knew about the update, but because i did, oh well, its just a post, i dont even know why i went this far, maybe cause i have no social life

V6 includes:
-Glowing headlights and taillights
-Fancier limo interior, 2 seats sacrificed for a tv and bar.
-Police now has working red/blue siren lights activated by the light key.

Redownload it from RTB if you want to check it out now instead of waiting for approval.
