The cabinets were lag free because the map was made so well. It utilizes a thing torque can do with interior files where if you're in a certain space, objects outside the space are not rendered, so in the space lag will be significantly reduced.

I suspected as such. Same with Bedroom. The weird thing was, rare times it wouldn't lag. But my point is, it lags like forget for some people.
