What kind of playertype.
Are the others even in a minigame.
If you are hitting a vehicles, it must be yours, or you include all players bricks.

this could be result of having zombie mod in the addons folder when its disabled I seem to notice that it somehow enables like half of it and I've accidently ran zapt several times like this and I have same problem, I'm sorry if I wasn't much of a help but you didn't really give us any information

Friendly Fire (setting) maybe on in the zombie options? (if you have zombies).

I recall Friendly Fire in Rotondo's Zombie Mod options having to be enabled for weapons to do damage.

Not sure if this was fixed.

No, it wasent fixed, I still have that problem.
