I go to sunday school every sunday, and I have not missed a day of it since I started in preschool (I'm in eighth grade now) only problem is, I feel terribly sick.  Anyboy got ideas to help me?

The reason I go is not because I'm Jesus freak and think I will face "The ultimante punishment" if I don't go. I currently hold the high score for attendance at my church and I don't want to end it because of being sick.

There are like, 2 possible solutions to this problem.
1. Go.
Pros:
Attendance points ++.
Might end with a funny story.
Opportunity to go through with Otis's awesome idea.
Cons:
Might make you feel worse.
Less access to bathroom for vomiting purposes.
Your condition could spread.
Worst case scenario:
You are accused of being possessed by Satan and burned at the stake.

2. Don't go.
Pros:
Easier.
Chance to rest and recover.
Illness is a generally acceptable reason to stay home.
Cons:
Attendance points --.
Worst case scenario:
God is an starfish who sentences you to an eternity in hell for missing Sunday school one time with an excusable reason.
