Author Topic: Bump on the inside of my testicle?!  (Read 4066 times)

I am not joking, my dad told me it might just be a Lymph node

Tell your dad to not quit his day job

actually, tell him to quit his day job
he's probably loving a lot of stuff up there

it's just the baby kicking

Sounds dangerous.

I am not joking, my dad told me it might just be a Lymph node. So I didn't worry about it. Then, I saw a post in the linked topic saying it could be cancer. My parents won't take me to a doctor. It is also my birthday.
I seriously suggest you go to a doctor.
Really, for your own good, FORCE them to take you. :c

My dad is an idiot. My mother/uncle also said it might be from drinking too much soda.

What the-?
Did your family actually go to school or what?

If that were the case I would have bumps the size of bowling balls on my testicles.

My mom said drinking too much soda was the cause of the cyst in my neck. When the doctor explained that I've had it since birth.

Yes, they were [probably telling me that so I wouldn't worry.

So everything can just blame the problem on soda and not worry about possible cancer or anything?

No. They didn't want me to worry, so they said some convoluted idea to keep me not worrying.

Is your testicle swollen? Do you have any other symptoms? If it’s soft, it may not be serious but I reckon you should have it checked by an urologist anyway!
I was reading once a personal online story about the guy who noticed a small swelling and went to see a doc just in case….he was found a very early phase of cancer.

I am not trying to scare you, just to show you the importance of having it checked!

If the ball ( cyst ) is soft and looks/feels like fluid filled, it is probably just a cyst called hydrocele. These are harmless and are usually left just like that. They are only removed if they grow too big or start causing discomfort.

It could also be just a skin cyst, since there are a lot of sweat glands on scrotum and they are producing sebum that may get stuck under the skin and form cysts.

Like I said, for the piece of your mind and possibly quick intervention, it would be wise to see a doc!

Google is your best friend.

I would have that checked out, it might be cancer

If you're going to post a topic about medical issues involving your testicles the forum doctors need a picture to help diagnose the problem.
