Author Topic: I'm getting sick of this "healthy junkfood" bullstuff.  (Read 2138 times)

Like those baked lays chips

bland tasteless bags of stuff

There are actually tasty organic snacks.

Infact, it's some of the best junkfood I've ever had!

Contrary to popular belief you can get fat off anything, even vegatables. You just need to learn your limits and excercise regularly.

Pop + Aspartame = Worst drink ever.

At least put Splenda in it or something, because it actually sweetens things instead of making them taste like water purifying chemicals.

Oddly enough, I eat whatever I want, and I'm still thin and light.

I hope I'm okay.
You can be healthy and eat right but still have artery problems from inheritance. My mom and brother have somewhat bad arteries and they eat right almost all the time, I just hope i dont have it.

I hate those scams and campaigns that claim you can be healthier by doing nothing for £67, you feel handicapped reading them.

I think most school lunches have more fats and carbs than a single burger. Also another thing that bothers me about school and sugar drinks is the controversial soda machine issue. After all that bullstuff talk about keeping kids healthy, they replaced all the soda with high sugar juices and energy drinks most of which has more sugar than a single can of soda. Sure juice is healthy, but sugar is instantly converted into fat when it enters the body. Also the same kids who could have drank it at school could have drank it at home in the same quanity. Even though soda machines at school are banned, cafeterias everywhere continue to sell bags of doritos, chicken nuggets, juice, burgers, burritos, fried rice, and yet the number of obese kids continues to rise.

do you guys know what juice is actually real?
im in the juice isle craving something, but its all fake stuff. or real juice with tons of added sugar.
or "100%" juice from concentrate thats not really 100%

i just dunno anymore ; ;
I was at the store a bit ago. Anything that says juice roostertail is not 100% juice. The percentage of juice is marked clearly at the top of the nutrition label area. Juice is naturally very sugary (30+ g/8 oz. serving) and not much better than soda when it comes to that.
