I don't see why this should be failbinned. If the creator truly has re scripted this well, then it should no longer overwrite any datablocks which is the reason both the Ion cannon and mininuke were binned. Abusive? maybe. But no reason to be binned.

Make the explosion effect to get smaller and smaller before it goes away

You're a loving dumbass. Let me explain this.

It was failbinned ONLY for the fact that they broke ingame things and may crash the game. Both incidents (may) have been fixed,and if not all, most of them. Yes,it was made out of the most hated add-ons. Yes,it is very bland and laggy when shot at saves. Yes,it may crash the game. No,it will not break the rocket launcher.
