Author Topic: Help finding Headphones (R.I.P. - (Around) Four Year Old Earbuds)  (Read 1916 times)

Argh... Too many choices... All I want is to hear sound with as little sound leakage as possible and the least amount of ear irritation as possible. I'm using these backup earhooks I have where they're sideways, which just happens to be sideways in the direction of where my ear was bleeding. AKA they never touch the raw side of my ear, so they'll be good temps for now, even though they eventually hear in other ways.

these are around the ear, 30 bucks, and closed. i can't speak for these myself but my 555s (which are 100) are comfy as forget, but the open design means a forgetton of sound leakage

You think they'd be good?

Ugh, I now have the same problem. Same thing just happened to my old Steelseries 5H|V2 headset.
You got any good headset suggestions (generally same requirements as Mega, except headset, not headphones).

I got my dads $100 Shures because my earbuds were being beyond forgettarded.

There's way too much about the looks on that site. There's a 360 display of it, what?

Or any earhooks that won't cause such friction? I wouldn't like the feeling of earbuds freely turning in my ears.

i have sony earbuds. with a ps3. and sony sixaxis dualshock 3 controllers. and billions of other sony products.

My substitute earbuds just made my ears bleed. Could anyone confirm those headphones are worth it?

Can't speak about those, but using my new Creative SoundBlaster Tactic3D Alpha for extended amounts of times makes my ears hurt a bit. Quite good isolation though.

How about this instead: What do you guys use to listen to audio? Not speakers, can't play sound like that. And nothing that goes in the ear and slowly makes it raw to the point it bleeds.

Creative SoundBlaster Tactic3D Alpha

Those are more expensive than the other ones, and have a weirdly shaped design that reminds me of the 1980s. :panda: http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/peripherals/2011/03/13/creative-soundblaster-tactic3d-alpha-review/1

Probably because it's a headset, not just headphones.

and have a weird look. Looks like they're from the 1980s. :panda:
I disagree with this, but that's personal taste.

I don't want a mic in it, I just need a listening device.
