Good god is America worried about obesity again?
If people want to be fat and die of heart disease loving let them.
God damnit.

You're acting like we're talking about forcing people to stop eating meat. We're not, don't come in here implying wild loving accusations.

There are a lot of people that are vegans that are completely healthy.
Who have to take dietary supplements because of the nutrients that they are missing out on by not eating meat. Humans are omnivores for a reason. Being a vegan goes against nature.

Meat tastes good. I eat it.

You can find basically every nutrient you need in some form of vegetable. It's just a matter of eating an extensively varied vegetable diet and not beans and corn every night.

But not enough of it. Vegetarians need to consume a lot of vitamin tablets and other stuff just to stay healthy. Take away a veggies vitamins and he'll be eating a 12 piece bargain bucket.

good enough reason?

That's not a reason to refuse to eat meat.

Some people just plain feel bad about eating other animals. They don't necessarily have to be members of PETA either. Others just find it easier to quit eating meat entirely, once you get in a habit of something it's incredibly easy to continue.

I don't see why I should be

The only plant to supply a full protein intake for the proteins that your body can't create naturally is soy.

So basically you have to eat soy as a vegan to get everything.
