However I still think that it is completely possible to get essential protein from more than just soybeans, or meat, or artificial supplements.
But it isn't.

I'm going to do more research on this I'll come back if I find anything.

But it isn't.
By artificial supplements he could mean protein pills. :cookieMonster:

But anyway, I'm retty sure sufficient protein can be achieved through a good amount of nuts and beans.

I'm no vegetarian, but grilled Romaine lettuce is loving good.

Also, There are A) Other ways of getting recommended amounts of Protein than just meat, like daily supplements. B) There are other types of meat that are 1. delicacy's in places and 2. lower in fat content. Can someone say Cow Tongue?

I am.
Living without meat sounds interesting, but it seems too expensive and hard to stay on track.
Actually I read that a vegetarian diet tends to be cheaper than one with meat.

That's not very reliable, seeing as there are cheap meats, cheap vegetables, and there are expensive meats and veges too. All depends on what you're willing to spend.

All the local grown produce you see in markets are going higher in price because of rising costs.
