Dracula is a vampire, vampires are not Dracula.

Not sure what the question here is.
You have to be pretty ignorant of vampire stuff to not realize that
Dracula is a vampire, vampires are not Dracula.

Dracula is one individual vampire.

This sounds like the start of a bad pun.

Dracula doesn't sparkle in sunlight.

Dracula doesn't sparkle in sunlight.
Neither do any other vampires outside the Twilight series.

Dracula likes sticking wooden sticks up people's asses...

Wait, those people are vampires? I thought they were friends who wore body glitter...
nonetheless the difference is dracula is a proper noun and vampire is not

Dracula was an actual person who did infact drink blood and
liked sticking wooden sticks up people's asses...
That was his main form of torture, sticking a wooden pole up the ass and having it come through the mouth of the victim without killing him. It would take a few days for the person to die.
Vampires aren't real, Dracula wasn't actually a vampire, he just a blood loving sadist who ruled over Translyvania using fear as his "chain" to control the people he ruled.
