Funfact: Google Translate for Android (iOS too I bet) has OCR, including for Japanese. I actually used it and it works reasonably well.

I don't really need Google's shoddy attempts at translating item names though, I already know the majority of these from their kana anyway. I just need these as copy-pasteable text for database searching.
