I think only a small portion of the people watching the anime had already read the novels (which is probably the case for most anime). I knew how the novel ended, but nobody was really sure if they'd stay true to it for the anime. It's just nice to see it cemented with animation.

Just got around to watching the last 3 eps of Oreimo.
Hadn't felt that fullfilled in a long time, considering how long I was waiting for them to finish it.
