You are both wrong, it's the whole package
Everybody loves the whole package, but when it's a choice between the two...
Little up top and a rumpity-rump down below makes Clone a happy boy.

Angel Beats made me sad face

was it the bad writing of the middle point of the series?

dat pretty face, obviously

yes

When Fuko was being forgotten...
You can't tell me that wasn't sad.

That was very sad imo.

Believe it or not I genuinely enjoyed the series, well, that whole shooting up stuff because love had entered the world was lame af but apart from that it was fine imo.
dat pretty face, obviously
Also incredibly important.
Even when I'm scouting out delish pics to save/post in the hot anime girls thread, so many times I see generally hot pics but if the face is off I'm put off the entire image.
The face is always the deal breaker for me.

Don't get me wrong, I did too. But the middle (or wherever the "shadows" come up and there's that completely irrelevant unnamed antagonist with Kaworu Nagisa's VA) felt like it was thrown in there for the hell of it, like the writers took a vacation. I also thought the ending was disappointing as hell, but I don't have a solid opinion on the whole "Otonashi's heart was donated to Kanade" thing...at first I didn't think it made sense, but I guess it can be said that people get to the afterlife at different times.

Tried watching Kill La Kill past episode 2.

Not my style, I see plenty of others enjoy it though

Anyone else enjoy Blood+? It is still one of the sadder (or maybe bittersweet) animes I've seen. I think I'll start watching Blood-C tonight, hope it can hold its own against the original.
