samurai jack and samurai champloo are two of my most favorite shows ever so maybe i could add this ti my repetoire

It's unfortunately completely different from those two.

It's about a guy obsessed with old tokusatsu shows and wants to be a superhero, and the cop who has to bail him out of situations when he can't be a superhero.

Just forgetin' watch it.

im watching some weird show right now.

there is a scene where 1 chick wrestled another chick to remove a contact from one of her eyes.

and its kinda lulzy seeing it on her finger as she holds it up to look at, because its small and normal looking for a contact, but anime eyes are loving huge in comparison.
and when it was in her eye it colored the entire thing. but then stretched x20 the size.
