Started up railgun s again, figured I'd left it alone for long enough.
While the cutesy stuff has been mildly entertaining throughout the whole series I still would prefer it to be more esper power oriented and less do-ho silly girls being silly.

Haven't seen Cowboy Bebop yet, so i wouldn't know.
