I still hate Soul Eater NOT with a burning rage hot enough to melt the sun, but I'll admit I found most of the yuri ploys in episode 5 enjoyable.
Though that may just be because it was yuri.

So, I was tempted to get the Spice & Wolf complete series Blu-Ray series, but I want to know if the dub is any good first, has anyone else ever seen it before?
Also, in general is the series good, I've seen it a couple times before and was tempted to read the manga / watch the anime.

Both the series and the dub are very good, I would definitely suggest getting it.

Depends on what you like.
If you're into incredibly generic moeblob character tropes then you might enjoy it, as for me it's just taking a good series and turning it into another (worse than most) moe slice of life just to get the benefits of having a fanbase already there to watch it.
Basically my problem is that instead of making any other moe show they took an already great series and completely sold it out for some quick cash.
That and they seriously chose the worst character types there are ;-;

I enjoyed the hell out of soul eater, I watched a ton of cowboy bebop and I'm starting to get into attack on titan. Should I continue watching the sub or should I switch to the english dub?

if you're talking about aot, i think you're better off with the sub. some of the english voice actors' voices don't portray the characters very well
