yeah only download things that have 100s or thousands of seeders.
its nearly zero chance you will find that many people in on a scam to trick you into downoading thier viruses.

You can only give yourself a virus by executing something or a driveby like java or pdf. As far as I know, those are the only methods and watching a video is perfectly safe.

Just use kissanime.com. If that, for some reason, fails, use chia-anime.com.
