I don't know what any of them say, but the very last one on the bottom right is the one that removes clothes. Avoid that one so your hard work isn't scrapped.

I've only just started Chaika and I'm up to date on NGNL so idk what the other are like but NGNL has some interesting events and Chaika seems to be alright so far.
I wouldn't call either of them the worst this season, compared to the other stuff that's come out. (though I don't know which you're talking about anyway)
I did hear Brinhyldr sucks though.

the top one is a toggle for nudity or not
the one below it is a toggle for gore and wounds or not
the one under that seems to be an info button
bottom one is remove clothes (it will leave undergarments if the top toggle is set to the longer word instead of the shorter one)
