If you're against fan service then that is probably the worst possible series for you lol. It is pretty much 97% fan service and some of it at very inappropriate times (eg top half of chick getting eaten alive time for a panty shot)

Nop. To Love-Ru, Highschool DxD, Sekirei, Girls bravo, Infinite Stratos, Hidan No Aria, Kore wa Zombie Desu ka, Mayo Chiki, Love Hina, Nagasarete Airantou, Omamori Himari, Zero no Tsukaima and Kiss x Sis are the only ecchi series I've watched (prob a few I missed) and they're nowhere near that
