Squigly from the game Skullgirls.
not the fourth season you can't
4th season is kinda lame.

The action is great atleast.

On an anime binge now that I've discovered anime streaming. (I know I'm late to the party.) Finished Trigun today. It was ok but overall kind of meh. It's a solid "good anime" but it lacks that little something that would make it great. I suppose my main problem is with the characters. They were weird to say the least. I didn't feel attached to them even though the show had a few tear jerkers. I really only kept watching it for the interesting universe and the good action scenes.

Currently watching Darker than Black. So far it's nothing like I've ever seen before. Once again a really fascinating universe with the gates and contractors and stuff. Although I noticed one thing right away. The characters are really simple and look more flat than usual anime stuff. In one scene I was wondering if they were purposefully drawing them sloppily for an effect but it didn't fit the mood at all. Maybe it's just the way they are animated? I don't know but there's some serious contrast between the backgrounds and the characters. More so than usual.

Has anyone seen Outlaw Star? It's apparently similar to Trigun. Any thoughts on it?

never seen it, but this song from it is good

-snip-
Before even reading to the second paragraph I was going to suggest Darker Than Black to you, idk why.
In case you haven't heard it already, don't watch the second season. The show ends fine so do yourself a favour and let it end where it should have.
Speaking of things that could have ended better you should try Requiem for the Phantom, once again the ending is optional and ill-advised. The rest is great though.

Is there a streamer that doesn't use watermarks? I'm using KissAnime because it has 720p more often than other streamers and the watermark isn't as annoying as the red/white AnimePlus mark.

I'm watching kill la kill

>not already watching klk
>in the year of our lord two thousand and fourteen

I really need to finish learning this language so I dont have to read the subs anymore.

Guys. I need some super chill anime like nichijou, but I dont want it to be boring. I need something that I will laugh and cry at. But something that wont make me sit at the edge of my seat.

azumangah daioh is essentially a less random nichijou, it's still got a buncha funny characters, but it's definitely chill. there are some downright relaxing episodes

also sakaki's hot
