The Natsume Yuujinchou series is awesome. Just finished the third season. It's not as addictive as some series as it hardly ever has cliffhangers and each episode is more or less it's own story. There's no central plot or final goal. It's very calming and beautiful but has a bit of action every now and then. The series' description makes the show sound boring and dull in my opinion but it's nothing like that. It does lack the usual action since protagonist can't fight the spirits, but it has tense moments. Looking forward to the fourth and final season. If you have time to check it out I definitely recommend you watch the first 3-5 episodes, they give you a great idea of what the show is about. So far the show has been consistently amazing with 0 fillers.
