What now, it's 3am? Never a better time to re-start dramastuff on a new page about something that happened three days ago! In case anyone happened to think me calling Ninja Decoy a handicap was just me being me...it kind of was, but there's definitely more to it!

To start:
oh boohoo your mech genre is being invaded by the far superior "Cute girls doing cute things" genre
I...uhh....
Man, looking over this post a second time is really giving me a headache. Where the hell does the word "invaded" even come from? If someone actually did a "cute girls doing cute things" + mech show, I don't think I've watched it. Show it to me. I'd probably like it.

But ok, I'll skip over that "invaded" bit and go for the "cute girls doing cute things" bit. Sure, Love Live probably falls under the "cute girls doing cute things" genre, but let's take another look at that picture, yeah?

Well, that's definitely a parody of the Wonderful Rush cover, and Wonderful Rush is very much a Love Live song...but none of those are Love Live characters! Indeed, as the word in the picture suggests, they're all Gundam characters! Now point to a SINGLE "cute girl doing cute things" in this picture. Right now. Do it.

You can't. None of those characters are girls. And so my quote follows:
you're a handicap in a variety of ways
I have no idea where you even got the idea I was mad at the picture, stuff's funny as hell. Sure, I'd rather not see art like it too often, but that doesn't make it not funny. It's the same story with that really old Gundam Wing/Sailor Moon pic. No one said humor was pretty:

And here's the opposite, but also me just tickling my trivia boner: Sunrise owns the rights to both Love Live and Gundam, which makes the picture(s) even funnier.

also:
Seriously, I'm Japanese and you're more obsessed with it than most people I know.
Pulling the "I'm Japanese" card when criticizing someone's obsession with anime kind of doesn't work when your country has built a 1:1 scale statue of a fictional anime robot. Which happens to be directly related to the picture that started everything, AYYYYYY

Look at this lovey motherforgeter at night:

Because he had everything to do with the creation of the statue.

Because he had everything to do with the creation of the statue.

Nah but he has everything to do with being obsessed with anime in general. Because he's Japanese.

That's what he's implying, isn't it?

Oh man you're still stuck on that? It should have been obvious to anyone that i saw the image, saw "gundam" and what appeared to be females and put the two together, and, while i am wrong in this aspect, thought it was a show that had CGDCT and robots. But no, instead of explaining in detail why i was wrong you instead insulted me  why i was wrong and then did your usual "im better than you" act.

I took a jab at you because you love to stuff on people who like things you don't like. We were both in the wrong, but more so you.
Next time when someone does that take the mature route instead of resulting to a petty insult. If you would have explained why I was wrong I'm 99% sure i would have apologized.

EDIT: In all honesty im just not interested in partaking in an internet argument that keeps going back and forth like a constantly bouncing tennis ball between walls. Either keep going with the insults or end it maturely, its up to you.

That is the end. I just wanted to explain it. I was about to let it go before I re-read the post and got slightly frustrated again.

oh wait chex was serious

i'll just be over here watch flcl

well the worm-peasant bit was way too over the top to be serious but "handicap in various ways" was more serious

Watched "The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya"
Wasn't bad, though wasn't as confusing as Steve made it to be. I can see it being confusing though if you have no context whatsoever of the series.

I don't recommend watching the 2009 "season 2". It's the same episode rehashed 9ish times because it's a time loop thing and it's stuff.

I didn't realize all those episodes existed when I watched season 2; the place I watched it from only had the last episode of "Endless Eight" (which worked perfectly). It's terrifying that a decent show would stoop to doing something dumb like that.

did they fire the animation director for durarara x2 ep 7?

that was REALLY bad

Yeah, a lot of people say the series is good if you skip the endless eight. Should i bother with the 2006 series or is the 2009 version the same?

I think the first episode of the second season takes place in the middle of the first season

but the order of the first season is all whack anyway. wikipedia has like 4 different orders for it wtf

was the endless eight diff in the anime or somethin

i read a good bit of the manga ages ago and i seem to remember the endless eight being resolved p quickly

It was literally 8 episodes repeated over and over with very minor changes.

boy Eureka 7 is something else.
