Kokoro Connect was definitely a good show but I was often annoyed by how realistically dumb Nagase's personal problems were. I think you're insane to try Yuru Yuri but I wish you luck. Don't forget the blindfold.
I'm on a quest to expand my horizons.

is it because the second season sucks so much?
Huh. I liked the second season better than the first.

watch yuyushiki

it's yuri yuri but far more funnier and endearing but still plenty of revenous lesbian action

Lelouch got kind of annoying with his craziness but I also liked the second season better. Geass had a pretty redeeming ending.

For more kids stuff try watching Nagi no Asukara or A Certain Scientific Railgun, if you haven't already. If you can survive the weird middle school antics they're pretty good.

still plenty of revenous lesbian action
Why is this a selling point lol

"it's like yuri yuri but not terrible"
In fact, I just finished preparing a gallery from an artist who draws almost nothing but Yuyushiki art. Feels good, man.

how are either of those for kids...

I'm about to start watching Yuru Yuri which one MAL reviewer described as "a show about a group of ravenous lesbians". This is what the visual style is like:
-snip-
I've never tried anything like this before. This sounds like a stereotypical neckbeard basement-dweller anime. Wish me luck, I'm going in. I promise to keep shaving.
don't worry i shaved sometimes and my computer and bedroom is upstairs so i never go into my basement anymore.

if you decide to watch it at least try to chill out and pretend you don't exist instead of self-inserting. just enjoy the girls' friendship and forget about everything else.

also i haven't watched yuyushiki but it's one season instead of two if that means anything. i'd still recommend yuruyuri first

They're both about middle school kids.
doesn't mean they're for kids
look at Eiken

anyways you got to watch the good stuff

the ending and C.C. were the ONLY good things about R2

the rest of it was loving stupid, it was like they fired the writers part of the way through and just threw in whatever stupid stuff they could come up with like geassing god and more of kallen's ass and some annoying chinese princess nobody loving cares about

doesn't mean they're for kids
look at Eiken

Lol this is rough, I thought I clarified with my previous post
For more kids stuff
Means stuff about kids. I would have said "If you want something for kids"

Been convertin' some ugoira for gallery purposes, they're very pretty.

Finished Yuru Yuri. It wasn't as bad as I though it would be but it was really bland. I got a few chuckles out of it. I'm not interested in the characters enough to watch the second and third seasons.

I tried watching it but I got bored
I should watch it

Don't go expecting much. It's a bit dumb and I think the writers know it so they don't to write anything too serious or deep. Amazingly there isn't any proper fan service even though there are lots and lots of loveually charged moments and out-of-view nudity. I found it a little silly how everyone is a lesbian. I suppose there are worse ways of spending a few hours.

aight now rectify that mistake by watching yuyushiki
