Getting a perma after buying a new key specifically to post for making an "I'm new" thread is a bit outrageous. I mean, he's 12. He wants a little attention. That's OK.

Except he didn't buy a key, he used his original key that he had never used because he was ip banned since long before key registration was required. 

Also if Iban and Skorpion disapprove of a decision that is pretty much an A+ rating in the normal world.
