EDIT:i forgot about the instructions: Step 1:Download the zip folder. Step 2:Place the zip folder inside the Blockland Add-on folder
For Windows: C:\Users\(Your computer name)\Documents\Blockland\Add-Ons

You should smooth the lines a bit, just to make it blend more.

This is no good.
The face is not symmetrical.
You shouldn't try to include ears on a face.
Use thicker lines, probably about 4, 6, or 8pt strokes.
The eyes are also way too big, and they shouldn't touch the border of the image.

Try fixing those issues.
