Exactly why Badspot lifted IP bans, he will make a lot more money from the banned players buying another account so they can return to the forums.

if you made a new forum account you cant use keys that have already been linked to another forum account.
badspot isnt in the habbit of changing names for people, but you can message him and ask anyways. (on the account you have your key linked to)
