I can't dissconect from a server when im loading for some reason it just does this

Remove TDM and see what happens.

Looks like something wasn't parented and packaged correctly.
Remove tdm and any mods for it, and then reinstall tdm.

it does that because you did not press Esc and you pressed the button below it witch is this ~`

He probably did press the Esc key and tried to disconnect, but it didn't work, so he took a picture of the console in case whatever is going on in there has to do with him not being able to disconnect from the server

Just because team death match is attempting to call the function doesn't mean its related to it, it could be something completely unrelated, but something you installed recently hasn't been made properly and is just killing the disconnect() function
